Wanted to explore Trier and this hotel was perfect base for doing it. We were met by friendly, helpful personnel. Location: the venue was next to the trendy shops, and the city centre. Furthermore, too close to the wild nature.

Clean place & amiable staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous location with parking onsite. Plus, 10 minutes drive from National Show Center. Smooth check-in, easy check-out. By the way, parking fee - gbp 12 per day...
Beds were uncomfortable.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was great - it was close to the city centre and right next to the beautiful Mosel river. It was a nice balance between being fairly close to the center of town, but also feeling like it was too close to the wild nature. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were extremely polite and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped, with modern furnishings and all the basic amenities we needed. I was very satisfied with my stay.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
